Apricot. (Prince Armeniča L.) – Traditional fruits in our spaces. After the Second World War, the production of apricots in the Republic of Macedonia was about 2,700 t. In the last decade of the Socialist Period (1980-1990), the areas under planting plantations reached 900 ha, and the production of up to 12,000 t. With the privatization and deterioration of apricots (Prince Armeniča L.) the situation in the social sector, the plantations are abandoned, and production has fallen sharply.
