Erlangenic manuscript

Erlangenic manuscript -. Proceedings with folk songs, manuscript discovered at the University Library in Erlangen, Germany (1913), written with a church coil of 530 sheets. He studied him and an extensive introductory study published the German Slavist Gerhard Gesemann (1925). It is a calligraphic transcript of senior (unsaved) manuscript, written with the so-called. Diplomatic Cyrillic and decorated with rich baroque initials, with covers from a diocesan calendar of 1733. It is assumed that it was in a military Krajina in the years between 1717 and 1733, and the songs recorded an unknown Austrian officer or scribe. The manuscript contains a total of 217 folk and other songs. The bulk is dedicated to Marko Kralah and other historical figures and heroes.
