Gubar, Smickkov. (LLSmania Monacha L.) – Medium-Great Night Butterfly. It has a thick, short and hairy body with wide wings. He lives in conifer forests. Reception in an egg stage. The caterpillars are fed with junipers and pine, but attack and deciduous trees (birch). In larger populations cause damage. It is widespread throughout Europe.
