City singer Society, Prilep (1879-1926) – one of the first choral societies in Macedonia. Founder and first conductor of the choir was Atanas Badev. Managing the collective after him took Georgi Smichkov. The company participated in the church rituals and various city festivities, fulfilling a significant cultural and educational role in its environment. According to the stored materials, the members of the choir were served with transcribed tumors in Chrysantova Nevamese notation, from the score of Russian and other foreign authors. Dr. O.
