Gaber, Victor

Gaber, Victor (Skopje, 8. 1948) – a career diplomat and publicist. Primary and secondary education ends in Skopje. He graduated (1973) and Masters (1979) at the Faculty of Law in Skopje. Works as second (1980- 1981), and first secretary at the Embassy of SFRY in Athens (1981-1984); First advisor on political issues at the Embassy of SFRY in Tirana (1989-1993); Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Macedonia (1993-1996); Head of the Diplomatic Mission of the Republic of Macedonia in Italy, from where it also covers Are and the head of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Macedonia in FAO, IFAD and the World Food Program (1996-2000); Associate and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia in Australia (2004-).
