Xhemali, Shaban (Debar, 6. 1918) – a lawyer. He was a participant in the NOB (from 1942) as a backward activist, assistant commander of the command of the place; Member of the CPM (since 1944). After the liberation, he completed his senior administrative school and was president of the City People’s Board (1944-1947), a member of the CCM district, member of the Municipal Committee of the SCM, Vice President, and then the President of the Municipal Board of the SSRNM and Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Municipal Committee of SCM in Debar. He was a member of the Board for Social-Economic Relations of the Republic Council and MP in the Republic Council of the Assembly of the SRM (1970). S. Ml.
