Tokarev, Andrew (Berovo, 12. 1935) – Architect and urbanist, full professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Skopje. He graduated from the architectural department at the Faculty of Technical Faculty in Skopje (1959). Except with the teaching-scientific activity, it also deals with urban and architectural design. Significant papers in the field of urbanism: Basic urban plans for Strumica, Gevgelija, Delcevo (1965), Program for Integral Development of the Vardar Valley (1993). Architectural Conversion: Komercijalna Banka in Strumica (1961); City Assembly in Negotino (1965); Hotel “Drim” in Struga (1972, with a team); The business facility “SC” in Skopje (1998); Orthodox cathedral temple in Delchevo (1999).
