Tendix, pig

Tendix, pig. (Teniai Solium L.) – Shpen parasitic worm. Meets in the intestines of vertebrates. He received the name according to his last host – the pig. Long is 3-8 m. The age unit lives in the man’s intestine while the larval stage takes place in the pig muscles. The infected meat, if not well-treated (berries are not destroyed, but also develop), causes diseases with severe disorders of the host and even death.
