Strugar, Vlado.

Strugar, Vlado (Ulcinj, Montenegro, 1920) – Montenegrin communist Dentist and politician. He finished a high school in Pec, and after the liberation, the High School of Political Science in Belgrade. He was a member of the CPY (from 1940) and the prime (1941). For a long time, he was in prison in Albania (December 1941 – June 1943), and then the Secretary of the CPY District Committee in the Bar and a member of the CPY Central Committee for Montenegro. After the liberation was sent to party work in Macedonia as a political commissioner of the artillery base in Skopje, Secretary of the Committee at the Headquarters of Macedonia, a member of the CPM of the CPM and the Chief of the instructor administration of the CPM. He was later a member of the Executive Council of the HR Montenegro, member of the Main Board of Montenegro, the Republic Representative and President of the Municipal Council of the Assembly of the Fed Montenegro.
