Spinach (Spinacia Olebacea L.) – One-year plant. It originates from Asian landscapes. In Europe and the Balkans it was transferred to ⅹⅰⅰ c. It is grown because of the leaves, which are rich in mineral substances, especially with iron. Consumed gathered spinach and processed. Stuffer plant, is grown in Neen-sen, in winter and early spring with direct sowing. Present on small surfaces. D. J.
