Sixth Macedonian National Liberation Brigade

Sixth Macedonian National Liberation Brigade (PL. Slavej, near Struga, 6. ⅸ 1944 – 1945) – Military unit of New and Pom. It was formed with about 1,000 fighters – part of the fighters of the first Macedonian but brigade and newly arranged fighters. He attacked the Bulgarian border guard southeast of Kicevo and Krushevo, and then entered the 15th German Macedonian division of Nova (28.) and participated in the Kicevo attack (8. J). It was temporarily placed under the command of the forty-second Macedonian division of Novj (mid-October) and was cleaning the territory of Zeden and Suva Gora from the ballistic forces (by the end of October 1944). After joint struggles for the liberation of Kicevo and Kichevo (15-17. Ⅺ) continued to prosecute the ballistic forces towards Gostivar (released 18. ⅺ 1944). Later entered the composition of the forty-nine Macedonian division of Novj (the second half of December 1944).
