Simonce, Vladimir (Ohrid, 8. ⅴ 1934) – City. Ing., order. Prof. At the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje (from 1979 to retirement in 1999) by cases in the field of construction theory. He completed the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Skopje, where he defended the doctoral dissertation (1977). He perfected in the United States (1968-1969) and in the UK (1974-75). He published more papers, mainly in the field of the static and dynamic response of the constructions. He is the author of application software, and as a designer and consultant participated in the realization of several engineering facilities.
