Serafimoski, Vladimir Čirkov (Gostivar, 3. ⅵ 1948) – Internist gastroenterologist, regular prof. of honey. f., Academician. Graduated from honey. f. in Skopje (1971). He was employed at the Gastrotherohepathology Clinic (1975), where he had passed the specialist exam. It is paid to the evaluation of the abdominal organs with echomomography, as well as by introducing a biopsy of abdominal organs for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. He perfected in Paris, Amsterdam, Nuremberg, Philadelphia, San Diego and Copenhagen. The doctoral dissertation on the topic “Echotomographic contribution to the diagnostics and differential diagnosis of the obstructive Icterus” defended it in 1983. He is a pioneer in this area in the Republic of Macedonia and at that time the clinic for gastroenterohepatology was a reference center for educating such cadres from the Republic of Macedonia and SFRY. As a top expert in the intervening ultrasonography, the directed biopsies led under the ultrasound of the liver, the pancreas, the tumors in the abdomen, the retroperitoneal lymph glands, drains of liver abscesses, biliary roads and other manipulations that shorten the time of diagnosis and treatment of gastroenterohepatological sick. It also introduces endosonography, which is important for determining the stage of the tumors of the esophagus, stomach, column and pancreas, and it also determines the level of the operability of the patient. Introduces Doppler and Color Doppler Ultrasonography and intraoperative ultrasonography. As an affiliated expert in the field of gastroenterohepatology, and especially in the echotomography, after the invitation of the Editorial Board of the “Medical Encyclopedia” (Zagreb, 1986, ⅱ Additional edition), the author of the chapter ultrasound in gastroenterohepatology. Since 2000 He is a member of the Editorial Board of the magazine “NJORD Jorenal of Gastroenterologist”. He managed and participated in the following international projects: 1) Tehroleof Helicitobacster Pslori Vasa Potza protein) Inn Patkogenesis Off Charmage Gastric and PepTIC Ulzer Dissice Inselelate Nitch Tezal and System IMMune Responsce; 2) Serology Markers Off Charm infection NITH Hepatitis B virus; 3) Renal Impairment Inn Patient High Inflammers Bojeal Dissiceasses. In addition to these, managed and domestic projects worked: 1) free radical oxidants in patients with liver disorders (primarily in steatosis) at the clinic for gastroenterohepatology (2002); 2) the role of medicament therapy in the treatment of portal hypertension and the prevalence of bleeding in patients with liver cirrhosis; 3) The stomach carcinoma. He participated in several international congresses and organized numerous symposia with international participation. He is also a co-author of over 400 scientific and expert papers published in renowned magazines in the field of gastroenterohepatology. For a regular member of MANU, it was elected 10. ⅴ 2000, and since 2004. is the secretary of the Department of Medical and Biological Sciences in MANU.
