Rilski General Congress of TMORO (Rilski Monastery, October 1905) – one of the most important congresses of the MRO. He participated 21 delegate (Damjan Gruev, Gjorce Petrov, Jane Sandanski, Pere Toshev, Boris Sarafov, Hristo Chernopeev, etc.). An analysis of the overall activity of the organization was conducted and a program declaration for further action was adopted. A new constitution was adopted and the Rulebook on the work and selected new managerial bodies: Central Committee and the Border Representation, as well as an editor of the official body of the organization “Revolóvination Sheet”. The purpose of the revolutionary action was determined in Art. 1 of the Constitution: “Equal autonomy of Macedonia and Oral”. The qualification “Secret” and the organization was appointed an internal Macedonian-banking revolutionary organization. The position for independence and independence of the organization was confirmed, convicted claims of neighboring Balkan countries and confirmed the determination for calculation (with all forces and assets) with propaganda institutions and armed troops.
