Rabbits (Leporrida) – Family from rabbed mammals (pagorpha), which includes medium-sized animals, with long ears, with a short tail and rear legs tailored for jumping. In Macedonia, two types of this family are encountered: wild rabbit (Leptu Europaus) and home rabbit or Kunic (Orcezlagus Tsunzulus). Wild Rabbit Litt.: S. Petkovski -B.
