Ozer Dalm (Bitola, 1894) – Jewish Charitable Association. He founded Ovija Josef Perra to assist the poor members of the community. It functioned on the principle of mutuality: All members (and poor and rich) paid membership fee per metallic (1/4 gross). The association hired doctors who attended the poor Jews. The Aruti family built the synagogue “Ozer Dalm” from which all monetary attachments went to the Fund of the Organization.
