Matthew (H¶V-Stand. Of HV c.) – Ohrid Archbishop. The first head of the Ohrid Archbishopric in the period under Ottoman rule. First is mentioned in the Greek inscription of 1408. In the church “St. Ilija “in the village. Elshani, Ohrid. In his time, the spread of the diagrade of the Ohrid Archbishopric began.
