Kovac, Bane (Skopje, 12. Xi 1919 – Skopje, 15. 1983) – One of the first journalists and stenographers in Macedonia. He graduated from the trade academy in Skopje. Participant in the advanced movement, from the end of 1941 to September 1944. in prison in Bulgaria. Initiator and director of the first one-year journalistic school in Macedonia with 40 listeners (1950). He was the editor of Radio Skopje and the newspaper “Unity”. For many years in the NIP “Nova Makedonija”, in a period deputy editor-in-chief of the newspaper and head of the Community for publishing activity.
