Kocarev, Ljupco (Skopje, 25. 1955) – Electrical engineer, professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies (Since 2007), a researcher at the Institute for Noninear Sciences at the University of California in San Diego (from 2000), a member of MANU outside working Composition (from 2003), regular MANU member (Since 2007) and secretary of the presidency of MANU (Since 2007). DIP-Ljupcho Kocarev lomed (1980) of ETF in Skopje, Master ‘s (1988) of ETF in Belgrade and Phmo (1989) of the PMF in Skopje with the topic for the boundaries among the pools of attracting the non-linear unimensional reflections. The ETF in Skopje was an associate professor of the case physics, at the same time he was also engaged in the postgraduate studies of ETF and PMF in Skopje. Since 1998 He stayed in the United States and worked on the theoretical and applicative aspects of nonlinear phenomena such as synchronization and control of chaotic systems, transmission of information with chaotic carriers and other related issues. He conducted several projects and realized international cooperation with many institutions. He published more than 100 articles in top world magazines, and his work was noticed in relation to the concept of generalized synchronization.
