Dumev, Velko P. (Voden, 15. 1869 – Sofia, 2. ⅻ 1945) – Teacher, cultural Dean, revolutionary. He finished the Slavic philology of the Sofia University. Teached in Darnin, Veles, in Skopje, in Sir. The delegate attended the Thessaloniki Congress of TMORO (1896 and 1903). He was a member of the Bitola Ork (1905). He participated in the rediscovering of the newspapers “Ilinden” (1921-1926), “Makedonija” (1926- 1934) and “Nezisima Makedonija” (1932). Exhibit.
