Buddipovich, Anton Semyonovich (village of Komotovo, Guro., Russia, 24. ⅴ / 5. ⅵ 1846 – S.-Petersburg, 12/25. Ⅻ 1908) – Historian, philologist, publicist, UNIV. Professor, Slavophile. He completed the Historical Pilology Faculty of S.-Petersburg University (1863-1867), Master’s Degree (1871) and he was studying for studying the Slavic dialects, literature and ethnography of Slavic areas in Germany, Austria, Romania, Serbia, Serbia, Montenegro and European Turkey (1872-1875). He is a professor at the Institute of the Prince of Principle in Nehire (1875-1881), followed by Russian and Church Slavic language at the University and becomes a dean of the historical and philology F-T in Warsaw (1881-1882). He was elected a member of the Earth (1882), and then to other Slavic academies. It becomes a rector of the University of Tartu and leads the Department of Comparative Grammar of the Slavic Conversion (1892-1901). As a professor at the S.-Petersburg University, becomes a member of the Council of the Ministry of Education and a member of several scientific and eligible companies. The editor is of “Slavian nomination”, “Moscow Vedomosti” and associate of many newspapers and magazines. As vice president of the Council of the SPBSBD, 15. Xi 1902. gives a positive but quite reserved opinion of the program (from 12. XI 1902) on the then founded MND: “… Project for gradual achievement of Slavic unity in Macedonia could be a grateful task for Macedonian-Slavic publicity, but in the realization of this Project Russia can barely take any participation. Such evolutionary processes, such as forming a literary dialect on the basis of unification of speeches, usually continued for tens of years, if not for centuries, and Macedonia is barely a continuous time for a peaceful development … but we can not be We agree that Macedonia should temporarily create a position of an autonomous province, without pre-demolition of the fate of the national … Only with such a temporary state can neutralize the pretenses towards it by neighboring countries, especially from Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece … “. As a supporter of the idea of the General Slavic language (Russian) and Punzlavism, he is about autonomy of Macedonia, but not for a special Macedonian nation and language.
