Bulgarian-Yugoslav agreement for crossing the border and citizenship (Sofia, 27. ⅷ 1947). The agreement was introduced visa-free regime. For a trip from one state, a special passport was introduced, which could not travel in third countries, published by the ministries of interior with a clause “applies to FNRJ”, that is, “is valid for Bulgaria.” Passports for Yugoslav citizens could also issue the ministries of internal affairs of the republics, and therefore the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the People’s Republic of Macedonia.
