Physiological groups bacteria – bacteria living in the soil and water and participate in the circulation of biogenic elements in nature. Physiological groups bacteria are a group of bacteria, whose common quality is to show some physiological activity – regardless of their systemic affiliation. It’s about bacteria that possess extractellular enzymes for degrading a certain substrate. The presence of separate physiological groups Bacteria in certain environments shows the load on the environment (water, soil) with specific nutritions, as well as the possibility for their decomposition, or indicates the nature of the microbiological processes that take place in those environments. These groups of microorganisms are studied in the water and the sediment of the rivers in the Republic of Macedonia. J. K.
