Memorial churches – sacred objects (churches), built as suppressed or in memory of certain historical events. Most often respect architectural logic and spatial iconography fully undertaken by church construction. In Macedonia, due to the specificity of the general historical conditions, this type of facilities were largely built in the period between the two world wars (1919-1940). K. Gr.
