Periodotypes – ultraubasic magmatic rocks, which appear in the series of rocks of the ocean bark. Basically they are built of Olivine and picoxnies and accelerine minerals, chromite, magnetite. Periodotypes occur in the processes of partial melting on the upper casing and depending on the depth of which partial melts occur differ: Spinel, Plagiocland and grenade peridotypes. On the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, peryotypes appear in the series of the rocks of the ocean crust in the Vardar zone. The most common representatives are Dunites, Harzburgites and Lerzolites. The phenomena of chroma ores on the territory of Macedonia are connected with the series of peridotypic rocks.
