Miljovska, Dessa (Prizren, Kosovo, 21. ⅴ 1918) – University professor, sociologist. Secondary education and teacher school ended in Belgrade. He enrolled at the Pedagogical Group at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1937), and graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Bel-City (1948), where he received his Ph.D., on the topic “class forces of the national revolutionary movement of the Macedonian people in the second half of 19 century “(1962). Featured for assistant (1950), for Associate Professor (1962) and for a full professor of the subject General Sociology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1970). He was studying in Paris (1954-1955) and Boston (1962-1963), where he was introduced to the methods of sociological research. It was performed by the Functions Chairman of the Employment Council and President of the Council for Culture of the NRM. It was Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (1963-1965).
