Nakal Otok – one of the prisons for political prisoners during the 20048 prisons of the CPY conflict with the CPI conflict. The first punished persons were admitted to 6. ⅶ 1949. In this camp, there were a number of political prisoners from Macedonia in this camp. It is not determined how many Macedonians suffered in the time of the IB. According to one source (since 1958), 1,651 Informs were registered in the NRM, according to another (since 1993), 820 Macedonians, and according to the third (since 1990), total punished and convicted persons for IB were 888 Macedonians, or 0 , 09% of the total population in Macedonia. Most of the arrested were from Veles, Prilep, Bitola and their surroundings. The naked swellings were closed and representatives – members of the first, the second and third session of ASNOM (Panko Bravarov, Venko Markovski, Petre Pirce, Kiril Petrushev, Kemal Agoli, Blagoja Hadzi Panzov, Genadi Leko, my Bogdanov, Vasil Kalazhi , Nikola Djalovski, Merry Anastasov, Nexhat Agoli, Ilija Mitrevski, Trajko Cvetanov, Ilija Bozinovski, Milan Stefanov and Gjorgi Vasilev).
