Shabani, Bajram Rasim (village Lipkovo, Kumanovo, 14. ⅹ 1922 – Atar of the village. Belanovce, Kumanovo, 14. ⅹ 1941) – Pornist and folk hero. An orphan of six years old, from his fifteen year, he worked in Kumanovo as an agricultural and construction worker and as a blacksmith. He joined the trade union movement (1940) and became a member of the SCOY (from the beginning of 1941) and the fighter of the Karadan NOO (from 12. ⅹ 1941). He died in a fight with the Bulgarian army and police. He was proclaimed for the folk hero of Yugoslavia (10. ⅹ 1953). LIT.
