Sakovcev, Borivo (Emil) (New Bečej, Serbia, 5. ⅴ 1923 – Belgrade, 21. 1994) – Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Andragog, University Professor. He graduated from Teacher School (Vrsac, Serbia, 1944), graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade (1954), where he did the PhD (1960). He specially dealt with adult education. The Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje taught (c.) Andragogy and Methodology of Educational Work (1963-1985).
